Our Story

Our founder and CEO Craig Schutt has had a knack for figuring out how things work and improving them since childhood. Growing up on a farm gave him opportunities to hone his skills in agriculture. After purchasing his first combine harvester for contract harvesting without a front, Craig built his own, growing a commercial success. Now with his Novus Industries team, Craig continues bringing innovative yet simple ideas to fruition. With over 25 years' design and manufacturing experience, Craig looks forward to introducing new designs and products to agriculture, improving and enhancing existing ones.

Craig works closely with COO and Senior Engineer Nathan Debney. Nathan owned an engineering consultation business for over 10 years and brings 20 years' experience in agriculture, construction, and heavy transport engineering. His objectives are to work closely with clients ensuring products are well-designed, produced, and functional for their businesses. Nathan takes pride in strong client and team relationships.

We have assembled a dedicated workshop team (including dog Gunner and admin Bruno) to provide only the highest quality workmanship for your new or enhanced Novus products.
